CashE sends a whatsapp message asking do you still want to continue loan disbursal or terminate contract since disbursal is delayed. Which company does this after all the approvals? Now they dont want to respond to anything. No customer care to talk to or complaint. Only emails when tickets raised are all general and template mails. They will respond back here stating they will do the necessary and then send personal email stating its still taking time. Horrible experience. If you need funds in emergency this is not the right place. Im still in need of funds and cashe doesnt provide support despite collecting all documents, verification, e mandate and auto debit sign. Strange.
