[Resolved]  Cashe — Loan amount not transferred

Hi CASHe,

I had re-applied for Loan in CASHe on 7th Feb. till date it’s showing as loan amount is processing. Have received emails from you stating that loan is approved but due to technical reasons it’s taking time to transfer, it’s been a week already the issue is still still not resolved . I have always paid the EMI on point and when I needed the same from the app it’s taking lot of time which is unfair . Please disburse the money . Need this help .

I still haven’t received a reply from CASHe . Please understand the situation:. I[censored]r unable to disburse the amount in few hours and then it should be informed before hand . The whole point of taking A loan is to serve the emergency.
Please I am pleading to transfer the loan amount immediately.

I am bugged that u guys are not responding to my issue here . I am still getting same mails stating due to some payment gateway issue they are delaying,
This is not a valid reason. How long u guys need to resolve the payment gateway. This is very frustrating. I really needed help from CASHe but very very disappointed and upset that you guys dint resolve the issue . I have recommended this app to many of my friends but now it’s of no use of further referring,
Please transfer the loan amount today……

This problem is still not resolved. It’s been days since I have been chasing or trying to get in contact. Everytime I call it’s says Al the executives are busy, not even one my call was transferred to one agent,
What is wrong ? If I ask for disbursement related issue it says in the next 72 hours. 96 hours is over ..still haven’t got the money !

Am sorry for being this persistent and spamming with messages. But u have left me no choice.
Still have not gotten any response from your end . 72 hours is long gone and yet the money is not credited . So unfair .
I need the amount . Is there no other alternative way the amount can be credited ? Seriously?

I am so disappointed with this service!!! What is the problem here??? If try to contact no one answers . Says all the agents are busy, not even once my call is transferred to an agent . Cant u you help out it such situations?
This is too much. How long do u need to fix the glitch in the system?

Dear CASHe,
When I applied for the loan 1st time also, the amount dint disburse the same day. The same reason was give at the time -“technical issue”.
How is it that everytime at the time of disbursal there is technical issue.
Please I need this issue to be resolved today, it’s an emergency . Please understand the urgency,
