I have applied for a loan in Cashe and got approved by 31st Jan, 24. Till this moment the amount is not disbursed, status in the application is "Processing". But as part of the document collection they have already taken my signed e-nach for auto debit. I tried contacting the customer executive who has helped to complete the application, not responding. Tried to escalate over mail 7 times, the response was very pathetic as they're facing technical issues from the bank side so n so. And within 5 days the issue will be resolved. But no relevant actions were taken till now. I am worried that even before getting the loan amount I may have emi or not. I reached out to them out of an emergency and I was expecting the money within hours. This was such a shock for me at that moment when I was trying hard to get the required amount.
