Cashe — Loan approved but didn't received till today

Hi

I have raised the loan request on 2 nd of January 2024 it's been 22 days till now but the loan amount is not yet disbursed after reaching to customer care through mail.the same mail is seen there is issue with disbursement from bank eta is 5 days

Can some one look into this
