I hereby inform you that am requesting a loan from 30.12.23 and at the same time it was approved and next day I completed all the procedures. It was almost 12 days over the status is still processing. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and am little bit urgent about the money. If can’t resolve kindly close my account asap. App shows 6th feb is the next repayment date. I couldn’t even get the money the why should i done the payment. I can attached the screenshot for your reference.

There’s is no response from your side I need to cancel my loan request because am not satisfied about your customer support. No money can credited to my account but ur next interest date will br shown ur app. Am not supposed to pay the amount. Do the matter asap. Once’s again its too disguised.
