[Resolved]  Cashe — Loan not received in my account since 30 days

I applied for a loan in Cashe on 13th Dec 2023 and it was approved on 14th Dec 2023. Post approval I signed the e-mandate as well and the loan was supposed to be disbursed in 24 hours. I raised a ticket in mail but still date I am receiving the same automated message that the ETR is 5 working days. Till date is have raised 6 tickets in app and dropped 20+ emails on this. However, there are no updates on when the loan will be transferred. Since 30 days the loan is showing as processing.

Today on 14th I received a message from Cashe that my payment is due. My loan has not been disbursed but they are asking for payment. I want my loan to be disbursed or else please cancel the request.
