Cashe — Regarding amount disbursement

I have applied for the loan on cashe app on 6th december 2023 they have approved my loan on 6th december 2023 but it has been more than 19 days they haven’t disbursed the amount to my bank account. They also do not have any customer care number to connect with and when we mail they send an automated reply of eta of 05 working days. Atleast convey the right information to the customer as one opt of loan to overcome their urgent financial need which cashe doesn’t serve the purpose. Having our personal documents documents with them frightens me of any misuse or misconduct. I have been their loyal customer from last 3-4 years and regularly taking loans and repaying it on time still have to see all this.
