This is regarding service no : #mpmud2084413. I was quoted rs. 7230/- online with bill, box and zero defects for within warranty vivo y15 (2019).
When the cashify representative visited today, he checked everything and was perfect but then just to scrape me off, said that the glass has changed, which has not changed and infuriates me to realize that cashify uses this model of business. Why would i change a glass when its within warranty? Cashify representative who came for pickup resorted to cheap tricks to offer me an alternate lower price of rs. 5950/-, saying that they will consider this out of warranty even when the bill is within warranty for a phone worth 13k for me, that i would care less to repair from outside and get screen changed if i have the bill in original handy with me.
I can on solid grounds certify that this is a great unrepaired piece straight out of the box and used and being sold to cashify.
I straight away asked him, what if i get the vivo to certify the piece as i can guarantee that this has never been opened or repaired whilst i purchased or used it. He simply resorted to saying that the screen has changed from his idea and experience and will consider it without warranty.
I am flabbergasted at this and plan to now go to consumer court as i know for a fact that glass has not changed and within warranty. What guarantee can cashify give me that they won’t use my imei device within warranty as they already have the digital copy of bill and claim refurbishing costs for that matter?
