Mobile sold has been locked by flipkart

I had purchased samsung s20+ from cashify hinoo ranchi jharkhand on 26 August 2021 but last past week mobile was locked by flipkart as it was a purchased by upgrade plan now I am having problems with it it's locked as I have raised complaint in the store they said they will give a replacement mobile but I have not received any refreshed update nor they are responding my call If this issue has not been resolved I'll complainant in more higher lever further.

Disappointing experience for Service No : #MPMVB3692859

Please stay away from Cashify, an unprofessional and fraud company. They encourage pick-up executives to deliberately employ dishonest means to damage and find faults in your item for sell order so that you are left with no option but to sell it at a lower price.
They don't even have the decency to reply to your grievance email within their expected timeline of 24-48 hrs. When they finally do, it's basically a generic email with content nothing close to being a resolution. Wasted over 2 weeks running behind these people.
I had requested them over email to please check and confirm if it will be possible to schedule an alternate pickup arrangement as earlier but with a different pickup person who can at least analyze the condition of the product to be sold fairly.
Instead of actually trying to resolve the issue I was repeatedly told to visit their offline stores and try to sell the item there, which may not be a feasible option for many as their stores are very few and distant from where I live. Very poor customer service.
If I had to visit an offline store why would I want to visit yours where there is no transparency in the way you conduct your business? Opted your service for the convenience of a pickup option, otherwise I would rather prefer to check other offline stores nearby my place.
Thank you for this disastrous experience wasting so much of time. I'll not be availing your services ever in future and make sure to spread the word around so that others can take an informed decision and think twice before dealing with you.

Payment pending after sale of phone
I have sold my Samsung galaxy J7 Prime on cashify on 22 August 2021 @8:30PM. But after 5 days still not received my payment. I have written multiple email to cashify & also made multiple calls to customer care, but all in vain. I have all the proof but they don't want listen n no resolution till date.

Rude Pick up guy and rude customer care service

Firstly, the pick up service person had zero knowledge about the service provided.
He was from Delhivery and came up to my door asking for a phone return which confused me since just the previous day I bought a new phone online.
I was a first time user of Cashify and like everyone else I had my doubts too to which he was very rude saying things like "you're educated, you should know". No, just because I'm educated I wouldn't be knowing about every single thing in this world.
When asked about the amount of money I would be receiving, he told me " If the app shows 10 grands, you might end up getting 8 grands". That's when I decided to not take your service since the app was showing just 2810 for my phone and I thought no point of selling if I end up with just 1000 bucks.
By the time I have decided to take my phone back, the pick up person had already processed my ordered. I was made to write an application stating the cancellation of the pick up due to budget issues. Once I gave him the written signed application he left happily.
All of these happened in the first half of the day and the money was trnasferred to my account in the second half! How and why?
Secondly, They need to have a GOOD CO-ORDINATION WITH their VENDORS OR HIRE BETTER PRODUCT MANAGER AND DEVELOPER FOR THEIR APP.
They really need an option to cancel their order if the pick up gets cancelled after being processed so they don't end up losing more money.
Thirdly, they have been harassing me to transfer the amount of ₹2810/- to them but I would like to take them to the consumer court because I had to go through all the stress because of the pick up person's misconduct, their incapability to coordinate well with the vendors or for the drawbacks of their app or customer non transparency of their company.

Received Defective item and no Refund policy
I received a defective phone on Cashify in May 2021.I called them within two days and asked for a refund as i no longer trust this company.They started saying that "We have no refund policy .We ll only repair or replace the item".
I want the company to refund my money..This is a very big fraud company with a very shady business model.

Fraud done by the company

I want to report fraud done with me by cashify. I got m screen and folder replacement from them on January 23 2021. At time of replacement they got one part mis-placed from them and when i asked them they said they are not responsible for it. I some how get it managed externally from other shop.
But story does end up here. They have provided me old screen against which i was provided a warranty for 6 months if anythings happen with the screen. I trusted them unknowingly that they are just looting customers. Screen does not worked for not more then 1.5 month and it start appearing blue spots onto it. I have approached the team to claim warranty but team declined stating that they will not provide the warranty.
I am feeling cheated and harassed by the Cashify and team. I humbly request you to please help innocent customers like me and get us saved from such fraud companies. I request you to please get my issue be resolved and also demand a compensation from the mental agony i have to go with.
As a citizen of India i expect justice.

Battery drainage of my I phone ce

but only in 1.5 months the battery performance is 0
when i called service centre they are asking for 5-6 min video when i send a video they arey asking for another video

Phone sale price discrepancy and rude behaviour

Tried to sell my OnePlus 5, and reported all the faults in the phone. The representative immediately increased faults like screen and WiFi, despite there not being any problems. The representative even went so far as to say the phone has motherboard issues, despite it functioning normally. I refused to sell it on cashify for ₹3500 and sold out second hand for 12000.

Discrepancy between Quotes

This is with reference to the service number MPMGE2325491 (Sale of MiA1 4GB/64GB)
I tried getting in touch with the customer care at the time of pickup and after the time of pick and also the chat box on the website but to no avail. I don't know how Cashify expects its customers to resolve their queries.
I have been transferred an amount of 2920/- as compared to my quoted price of 3630/-, According to the pick up official there were major scratches on the phone body and while there were no physical dents, he refused to accept the same but the problem arises that even after entering major scratches and major dents, the quoted price is somewhere around[protected].
So either there is a flaw in Cashify's system to deceive their customers, where they show different quotes to the customer and the technician who picks up the phone or they are straight away out to loot customers.
I will be attaching a couple of screenshots too if it helps, please stay away from this fraud company Cashify and save yourself from a headache

My iPhone screen has been replaced on 16th June 2020.
After that I got some issue in my both speakers. The technician had visited again on 27th June 2020. While replacing the speaker he did something with the screen and I got some spot on screen. I asked him what is the issue with screen, he said it will get automatically gone after 30 min.
The spot is still there in my screen and my both speaker is not working properly.
I have spoke to customer care around 7- 8 times. They said we will schedule a technician visit within 74 hours.
I’m waiting for the call from the customer care but I even didn’t get any call. It been around 2 month.
As Corona crisis is there so I moved to my home town . Even before moving to home town I have again spoke to customer care, they said same thing as above.
Please help me with that.
As I have paid the full amount and continuously connecting to customer care for resolution, As not getting the proper resolution and the problem is not resolved, Will complaint to consumer forum for better reach.

I had sold my phone on cashify.in on 1st October & since i wanted immediate money, I walked up to their store & sold it but while processing the payment, the store person said payment failed & for me to get it i would have to wait for 2days. Its 2 days already & now i am informed that the payment will happen only on Monday as it takes 2 working days which wasnt informed to me. I dont have my phone, i dont have the money & all i get from cashify team is a response asking me to wait.

I requested to replace the display of phone one plus 5. Your technician visited and changed the display.
After half n hour of the service i realised the phone is not working as earlier. I am facing touch issues the functions of left an panel are now interchanged.
The camera both front and rear has effected.
The front speaker has badly effected.
When i check online and compared the displayed the display which was replaces by you guys wasn't original at all.
And due to faulty display my phone have such list of issues as mentioned above.
Attache are the available photos which were taken.

wilfully screen locked my phone and went away

The technician quoted less price than the cashify quote of samsung galaxy on max so i decided not to sell. I asked do u other smartphone he asked me to bring in that gap he screen locked my phone. I show the sony mobile he takes a photo and went away. The screen was in lock and the cashify and not is not contactable and i have to spend my money in service shop to unlock my phone

faulty service

Hi, i recently opted cashify service to replace my broken mobile display for one plus 3t, they replaced the damaged screen, it was working fine after that but had heating issues, so i raised a complain again, they said there is some problem with screen and replaced it with new one, this time while replacing the screen they dismantled the mobile completely and fixed it back. It was working fine and i acknowledged them for the same. Later next day when the battery was down i tried charging my mobile that when i see a message "temperature too low for charging", i immediately notified cashify call center, they sent a technician to check it and says its because of mother board issue and nothing can be done by them.
Had they handled the mobile properly mother board issue would have been there as it was working fine before, that's is after fixing first screen. Now they are not evening responding to my mails nor doing anything to fix the issue and suggests me to go to any technician and get it fixed.
Request the forum to help me find a solution.

I sold my mobile to cashify on 15th of this month, april (Monday). After 4 days i've not received my money. The customer support is giving fake promises everyday but finally i'm losing my hope. They're just frauds and i don't think i'll get my money back.
They picked up my redmi 5a and i am still struggling with the company to get my money from them. If you want money for your mobile better sell it on olx or quikr or some other place. Just avoid these fraudulent company. Their customer care people are useless freaks. Don't ever trust this company in your life!!!...

Cashify have called me regarding loan of one f my friend, who put my number in verification contact while taking the loan.
company never asked me about the verification at that time but now they are calling on daily basis.

Cashify is a fraud company. Dont ever sell anything to these people. They will take your product and they say that they will send the money, but they wont transfer the money to you at all. They are a fraud company. Those cheapsters wont even pick up the call. They picked up my honor 8 pro mobile on 16-march-2019, i am still struggling with the company to get my money from them. If you want money for your mobile better sell it on olx or some other place. Just avoid these fraudulent company. Their customer care people are useless freaks. Cashify is a good company and buy ur mobile and payment transfer instantly through to imps. Yestrday i sold my mobile in pacific mall subash nagar metro stn. U can go and meet him dat guy his dealing is very nice and payment transfer firstly then after other formalities will be completed even another app mobile goo he is fraud i also sold my phone to mobile goo pickup person ready to pic my phone but when payment was not received he said sir aa jayegi aap mobile dedo transaction id bej deta hu then after i refused to give the mobile and sell to casify even he took my phone without box charger lead just sign a form this mobile is belonging to u its ok fair enuff deal... U can go at night time after 8pm and meet this guy his duty time in after 6pm to 10pm. I m hapy with cashify that y wrote my story...

extremely low price paid for my considered to be sold I phone even before my consent

On 26th january an offer was sent to my i phone that rs.300 extra would be paid for phones soldtill that day and seeing that i decided to sell my very good condition iphone 5 which was in perfect working condition - the price quoted was rs.2100 but i was paid only rs.1450 stating that there was a minor scratch on the side panel which had caused the price to fall so much - the phone wapas working 100% fine and even the battery was good. The agent naved came to pick up the phone and inspected it for around 2 hours and kept on talking with some mr. Sunil bajoria on phone and before i could negotiate anything i was told to check that i should check for an sms for the amazon gift voucher on my no. And i found an sms of amazon voucher for rs.[protected] rounded off by amazon to 1700 and amazon vouchers were issued for 6% more than the price) it meant was seal was completed without my consent. Wgen i saw only rs.1700 voucher i talked to them and they said that the price has been settled for 1450/- and they have included the rs.300 republic day offer in the price. I talked to sunil who seemed to be a gentleman but turned out otherwise and he just paid rs.200 in cash all inclusive when i said i would not go in for sale. Such are the fraudulent policies of the company and when i asked them to return my phone they said it can’t be done - their consignment is immediately packed and sent to apple us - i was ready to refund whatever they had given but they promised a better deal next time which is of no use to me at all since from my this experience i have decided never to sell to them again unless the phone is completely unusable. They said they had checked the price from an app but they never showed me the data they were feeding in the app - can’t veliece my eyes that there are fraudulent companies like these - i was expecting a price of around rs.5000 for such a high valued phone for which i had paid at the time of launch. It shows that the i phone fetched me only rs.1050 after deducting the republic day offer of rs.300 - is it not fraud - i could sense this when naved and sunil were constantly talking on phone-they closed the deal without even letting me know what price they were paying. I could have easily used the phone for another 2-3 years without any problems but since my family was not allowing me to use it owning an iphone 6s already i decided to sell but not for the throw away price i was given by cashify-i wish the forum takes action against the company and helps me get back the phone they have carried aaay with the dubai original bill and box (Remember the bill and box alsoare cobsidered for price estimation).

I had put by iphone 6 64gb (With box and unused accessories such as earphones and charging plug and cable) for sale on cashify from their app on 22 december 2018. After going through the detailed process of validation, they gave me a quote of approx rs. 12, 500. It was a phone in very good condition with absolutely no damage.
They initially scheduled the pickup of the phone in 2-3 days. But they did not show up. They called me up after 5-6 days saying when can they come. I told them to come by dec 29 and also told them that i would not be present physically while handing over the phone since i had a vacation planned that time. They still didn't show up on dec 29 and finally arrived on jan 3/4th to pick up the phone. While i was still on vacation, my mother was present to handover the phone. The pickup agent informed her that there are scratches and defects on the phone (Which is not true). My mother unaware of the matter agreed and gave the phone. Next day when the amount was sent over email to me informing me that the phone would be qualified for an amount of rs. 8, 800 (30% less than what was initially promised), i was surprised.
Being unsatisfied, i immediately informed the customer care and expressed my discontent on the value offered for the phone which was way different than what was promised. They initially said that "box not available, 2 or less than 2 spots (Small spot) due to these your price got re quoted sir, as you early mentioned the you have box with you. Sometimes the information given by the seller doesn’t match the physical condition of the device. This results in reduction in the price of the device." this is an utter lie since the entire box with unused / unopened accessories as mentioned above was handed over to the pick up agent and there were absolutely no damage (Spots) on the phone. I requested them to return the phone and cancel/take back the amazon points given to me since i can sell it with another website for a better price. I was informed by a particular ms. Jyoti prakash mishra that she has escalated this issue with the respective team and they will work on this and contact me.
I did not receive any response or communication for 11 days till today when i followed up on the same and was informed that the phone cannot be returned since the order has been complete and it was sent to their warehouse during this time.
1. Despite my offering to pay them back the entire amount given to me in consideration for return of my phone, they constantly denied.
2. Despite my immediate escalation and raising a concern on the same day of pick up, no action was taken and they deliberately took 11 days and in the interim sent the phone to their warehouse and then denied returning the phone for this reason.
All i asked was a return of my phone and i would return of they can cancel the amazon points. Which to me is a fair way to deal with this since its a no profit no loss for either party. They cannot hold the phone on ransom stating company policy.
This is a company that cheats its customers by providing misleading quotation and luring them, then holding the products on ransom by not returning them.
There needs to be some action taken on this fraudulent company as i look through the other complaints on this forum. Clearly they are cheating customers.

Our Lenovo k4 note was working properly but after the concerned person came, he operated the phone with aggressiveness and thereby resulting in malfunctioning of the phone.Please do the needful.

But then i came to know how big of a fraudster they are. First of all i want to mention that their staff has no decency in talking to their customers. Secondly, without sending their technician to check the phone and just on the basis of a video that they asked me to shoot as proof, they claimed it to be my fault that i had 'hard pressed' the screen. Literally 'hard pressed' is the word they have been using since i have logged in my issue with them. They are just simply not accepting that it is a case of faulty screen. And look at the frauds, no where in their invoice mail is mentioned that 'hard pressed' is not covered under warranty. There is no such word in their mail. And yet they are blaming and claiming it without any physical examination, yes without any physical examination that it is a physical damage. I mean physical damage is visible sir, and what you are claiming is invisible, 'hard pressed'. And when i asked them the definition of 'hard pressed', it came out to be the case of tapping while playing any game. Now, this was height of fraudery. If their screen was so delicate, they should have mentioned it in their invoice mail, i would not have bought it in the first place. No such caution is mentioned in the invoice mail. So, i am the victim of cashify's fraudery wherein my 2500 rupees are stuck with them. Kindly help me get a refund. And if they can prove it to be a physical damage i will not be demanding any money back. Please help. I am attaching the invoice mail photo, please see it.

I called the customer care guys to come and pick up my phone which i sold in cashify for around 1400. My phone is moto g 2nd gen. They promise me to send their on 17th till now no one came to my place for the pick up
The customer care guys think we are fools they just buying time to resolve this. This the worst experience with cashify.
The number which they shared with us was also wrong.

Hello, I got my iphone 5c 16 gb repaired via cashify in November end and they charged me around 6000 rupees for that but the phone stopped working in 8 days. They again fixed that up but the screen again got cloudy in next 7 days. Phone was under 2 months warranty from these guys and they straight away denied doing the repair and i have been following up till then. Today on 10th Feb 2017, these guys straight away denied to repair it up as it was out of warranty but this warranty has ended only due to them as they did'nt provide me with any resolution. Please help me up with this. I will be really thankful to you.
