I am writing to inform you about the faulty display that I have requested to replace for my phone xiome note 7s from cashify by paying 2549/- with service repair no. CSPMRSQ186767.
I am ANMOL, I am a first time user of your services. Yesterday, I have raised request for mobile display replacement. However, after reaching home yesterday & using it first time, problems started to appear. Phone is getting switched off after sometime. after pressing the power button many times, it is getting start. Sometimes, display comes & then switch off.
Also the lights inside the phone appears. There were some lights which can be seen in display. I was shocked to discover such problems in quite from the company.
When i tried to contact with your person, he said that he will visit tomorrow. Even after multiple follow-ups, there is no proper response. I am distraught about their poor service.
I hope you will consider this complaint and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
