Ok so we decided to move our car over a distance of 1600 kms via car transportation services provided by maruti international packerss and movers, a gurgaon based company having its branches in pune (Marutipackersmovers.in). The co owner mr pawan was very confident in informing us that the car would be transported without any problems. However today when we received the car much to our horror, there were scratches along the length of the car, over 3 cm wide starting from the headlamps and right upto the tail lamps. The odometer showed that the car had been driven for over a distance of 45 kms, the petrol had magically evaporated (As per the great tech expertise of mr pawan). When both the owners mr rajesh and mr pawan (Both brothers) were contacted, they behaved in the worst possible manner. Mr pawan refused to accept any responsibility for the damages done to the car and was shameless enough to challenge us to lodge a fir against him. To quote him "i will not pay anything if you get it repaired from the auth service centre, but you can get it repaired from any other unauth workshop". Even his brother said the same and even when one of them was made to spk to a local mechanic who quoted an amount of ₹7000, they backtracked and the elder brother was shameless and had the nerve to tell me"by tomorrow we will pay you ₹2000". The icing on the top was when the company rep who had got the car magically vanished without having taken our signatures on his copy of the challan. The company poses as company of great repute (The false reviews on the internet and the company website) however the unprofessional attitude and language of both the brothers today was extremely disrespectful and shocking. These guys have an office behind the rto in chinchwad. So to all my friends in pune or anywhere please don't use their services as they are just interested in making money and not taking responsibility of their work. This attitude of theirs is now costing me over ₹10000.

Dear Sir, I have couriered a 2 wheeler (Registration Number - MH43AQ3982) to New delhi on 20/12/2015 via Maruti packers and movers Kalamboli and was assured by the agency that it will be delivered in 1 week. But the same is delivered on 12/01/2016 that too when i complained about them to commissionaire of police mumbai. Also they have changed the helmet and put a bad one. During follow up i came to know the vehicle was in delhi from past many days and still the owner of the transport agency was not delivering my good to me. I have paid all the amount including taxes to the agency in advance. Also, i had to call daily to the transport agency owner from South africa. Whenever i call the agency's owner he just assures me that it will be delivered by today. It has really harassed me alot and wasted my time. I could have come to the police station to lodge an FIR but due to my office responsibilities i have moved to Capetown, South Africa and unable to reach any of the police stations. The owner of agency was very irresponsible, traumatic, liar and un professional. I would like to file a legal case against him for mental harassment, mental torture and deficiency in services. I request you to file a case against them and declare this agency as a fraud one. I availed service of said Packers & Movers for shifting of my all house hold items from Pune to Bhagalpur (Bihar). Prior to booking a personnel visited to my resident in pune to quote the service charge. It was quoted Rs. 53, 555 inclusive of all charges and taxes plus transit insurance which was to be done by Maruti Int. Packers Movers through other sources. Materials were picked from my resident in Pune on 13th Dec 2015 and it was assured that the materials will reach in maximum 10 to 12 days. It was mutually agreed that 80% of total charges will be paid at the time of booking and rest 20% will be paid after delivery. I paid Rs. 45000/- against advance which was more than 80% itself. But after 15 days as on 29th Dec 2015 there is very disappointing response from the staff of company. Even they are not able to tell that where is my house hold items and in stead of telling anything they are demanding the rest 20% amount to be deposited in their account. I am requesting the tracking status of my shipment but there is completely dark regarding my items. Even when I dialled to the pune office no.[protected] some body started to shouting on me by using abusive language cut my call. Also, Rs. 5100/- was inclusive of charges was told to provide Insurance policy but till now there is no any policy provided even several requests. I am very disappointed as my house hold item are my asset against hardly earned money. There is no any system that can help me out as I left Pune and now I am in Bhagalpur waiting for my items. So, in Bhagalpur due to severe cold I am not able to protect my family from cold in absence of my Household items. Also, my two year old daughter has fallen sick and I din't have bed and required house hold items. Also no any insurance policy is provided therefore I can't get rid of any damage loss of my expensive items. Today on 30.12.2015 I called customer care no. [protected] to trace my items but the designated person started abusing me and told not to call again and threatened " Let us see how you will get your items delivered when I told him to lodge complain". Please help me to get my items as I am suffering with my family with my baby and old aged parents.

Date of the incident- 15/08/2015 Client number- Ram Niwas: [protected]/[protected] Full Description: I had booked Maruti Int Movers and Packers for household goods shifting from Pune to Bangalore on 15th August 2015 as well as moving my car i10 from Pune to Tatanagar on the same date. There were false/unjustified charges that I had to pay towards local Mathadi union charges on the day of the movement which amounted to 4k in which they did not let me deal with them directly( might be their own people/they charged me more). Also while paying the amount I was told this would be adjusted against the bill, so once the bill was made it came as a surprise as they did not consider the money paid to mathadi union. Also for household goods, I insured my goods for 1.6 lakh for which they added 4800 to the bill counting 3% as insurance premium charges. A single truck was agreed upon and arrived at my house and left which all my goods. After a couple of days, I was in for a surprise as they demanded full payment even before delivering my boxes in Bangalore. They started threatening me and saying my goods will not reach if full payment is not made and my car will not be delivered till they get full payment. After a couple of days, two small trucks which were different from the ones that started in Pune arrived containing my items. There were multiple items which were damages, fridge cabinet, glass items, paintings, even plastic chair, kitchen boxes. Also some items were missing like 1 box and 1 box which contained five scotch bottles worth 20k and a chair. The box in which scotch bottles were there arrived in packed condition but just the bottles were missing from it. Also 10 of my flower pots did not even arrive. After all this, I called Ram Niwas, who heads Maruti Int Movers and Packers for the whereabouts of my missing items and compensation regarding my damaged items. He was not even willing to listen about this or even do something to find out what happened to my missing items. He threatened saying if I do not tansfer him the full amount, my car would not be delivered. Also I asked for insurance receipt to which he provided false receipt which did not have premium mentioned. On asking for the page containing premium details, he said he gets it done for free through his friend and I will need to pay him the full amount even then. I kept calling him every other day to inquire about my missing items and about the compensation for my damaged products so that I can transfer him the rest amount. He kept ignoring all inquiries about missing items / damaged products. He would only say when are you transferring the full amount. He also threatened that car has been pulled out of truck at Nagpur and I would need to pay parking charges at the rate of Rs 250 per day since then if i do not transfer him the full amount. It been more than 15 days and they are not even telling me where my items are and what would be the compensation for my damaged products. Even after so many days and repeatedly calling them inquiring about the whereabouts of the car and when it would reach, they are not telling me anything and harassing me. The vehicle was booked separately so how can they stop my vehicle without my permission and then threaten not to deliver it. Also there was a deficiency in service, we had booked a full truck and paid extra for it but it was offloaded into two small trucks in Bangalore. THEY AGREED TO PAYMENT ON DELIVERY BUT SOON AFTER MY GOODS WERE ON ROAD I STARTED GETTING CALL FROM THEIR TRANSPORTERS FOR PAYMENT ELSE THE GOODS WILL BE DISCARDED ON SOME HIGHWAY......THEY BLOODY WELL ACT AS RANSOM MONGERS AND LEAST OF AL ANY KIND OF BUSINESS MEN......

NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU ANYTHING FOR FREE..... THEY WILL NOT DELIVER ON ANYTHING AND WOULD RATHER BLACKMAIL YOU........

I have submitted a request through www.moverspackersquotes.com website seeing they have good service packers and movers. I got a quote from Maruti International Packers & Movers based at Pune. The service what I got was very bad. I got my consignment delivered late, no peoples to unload the shipment, very bad service, harsh behavior, nobody to pickup the phone, Insurance letter delivered very late, driver don't know the delivery location, my bike got scratches while shipment. The losses for me was big. Overall bad experience.

I would like to register a complain against Maruti International movers and packers who is cheating public by all means and beside this he does not provide proper bill or receipt of the payment and even for last payment they refused to provide any bill. I am sure they do not pay service tax accordingly because they do not mention their service/sale tax no. on bill/receipt.Being a concerned citizen I feel its my duty to inform the concerned authorities so that appropriate action can be taken.Below are the details -
