[Resolved] Catwalk — boots get damaged within 3 months of purchase

I bought a pair of catwalk boots in march from myntra worth rupees 1022. The heels got tilted within a month. This was least expected from a brand like catwalk amd particularly after spending thus amount. By the end of june the other heel got detached from the boot. I was fortunate enough that i didn't fracture my leg. If this is the condition of such branded shoes then it is better to buy tge local ones. I think replacement of the boot would be a good compensation.

I've bought Catwalk sandals 3 months back from TATA CLIQ and within just 2 months there is a breakage in the heel and after that the sole is coming out. I've never expected this from such a good brand. As I have bought it online I even don't know where to get it serviced. Request you to revert back ASAP

I have purchased one pair of sandal by Myntra on 23/08/2019 of catwalk. I have not even used 10 days and quality depleted and not expected by such a big brand catwalk. I am a very regular customer of catwalk but have never faced this issues. I want to refund the same despite of it is used but we don’t spend these much money for this quality.

I bought one catwalk sandal worth rs 1000 during sale from central oberoi mall..Within a month its skin peeled..Indeed a bad experience ..Didnt expect this from such a good brand
