I have to buy an electric kettle for my own purpose. I had searched for electric kettle online and found this product on same website for 299 rs. I at once agreed because, i belongs to a poor family. But when i successfully make my payment, i found that it is fake because it doesnt show any window of the delievery address and not much. It only take my payment and go back. The kettle has not delievered and money has also not debited to me.

        I found attractive shopping offer from leeaz.in on Google and I tried to buy a product from this website with Order # 69867 on Saturday Dec 4th 2021.

        After payment, I received a message “ Sorry your payment failed “ from your website, but the amount is deducted from account and deposited to ANILKUMAR NANUBHAI KHENI with transaction No [protected] .

        As per the message received from PayU payments, The payment is successful with transaction No [protected] to ANILKUMAR NANUBHAI KHENI . But No order placed and no delivery made. Also no refund received till date . I emailed to shopping site mentioning above issue but no reply received.

        Hi! As checked, this is a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] at our end and amount for same has been remitted to merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly on [protected]@gmail.com to get the status at their end.

                  On[protected] i paid rs.199.00 through pay tm to this seller, probably his name is anil kumar nanubhai khemi, address: 1501 gidc, katargam, surat, gujarat-395010 phone-(whats app) no. [protected]. I ordered for " amazon brand-solimo microfibre reversible comforter, model-hk 302" on 08 december 2021. Pay tm sent a message that says "paid rs.199.00 to e commerce from pay tm balance."
                  now the seller neither receives my call nor reply to my whats app message.

                  It appears that he is a fraud. I want refund or the item i.E., comforter

                                Money went through paayu to Alpesh Nanubhai Kheni.
                                But still there is no responce to deliver order.
                                They are fake .
                                How to recover money.
