I purchased a catwalk shoes on[protected] from trends at phoenix market city bangalore, i used this shoes only for one day while going to duty i put and go after 4hours its starts get damage i got shocked and i called and raised complaint they told me with in 7days they will solve my issue, i spoken to Alamelu and this is my complaint reg no 3582281 but till now i dnt get any call or solution from there side, like this kind of service this catwalk company is giving means what is the use for to buying company product for high price, better we can buy local shoes it will last more than this catwalk company shoes
I did a mistake i believed catwalk is a good company so dnt believe and buy any product from this company its fake only products are not good

I recieved a damaged product which I didn't see at the time of delivery. I removed right foot from the box to check the size. It didn't fit and I put it back in box. I posted a return request same day. When the pickup agent arrived he refused to collect the product. One of the stones is missing which I have no idea of.

Today i purchased a pair of expensive shoes from one store and walked in catwalk store in infiniti mall, malad, mumbai for window shopping, and while walking out of the store i forgot my bag that contained the expensive pair at the catwalk store. When i went back to claim it, the store manager very rudely told me that it was not there and when i requested him to show me the camera footage once in-order to confirm, he rudely denied, saying the cameras in the store are not working since past 3 days. I have been trying to talk through so many staffs in the store and no one is accountable for the same.

Date of the incident - 2nd oct, 2019
Time - around 7:00 pm
Store manager name - mohammad rafiq
Store location - infiniti mall, malad west (Mumbai)

Am highly disappointed with the quality of the shoes.. A person is spending such good amount in a pair of heels and am currently facing pasting issues. Sorry but this is my first time buying experience and this is what am facing. First time i had to go to the shop and offered a exchange so again i took the same pair of shoes but the new exchanged one hoping that it would be good but my bad.. This one is too like the previous one.. All glue is coming out from the sides. I will henceforth never suggest anyone to buy from the so called brand catwalk.

I bought catwalk sandals and all the stitching got removed in just 5 uses, i bought this in the very high amount on 24th june 2019 and now these sandals are of no use, on 18th july 2019.
Now they are saying no to work on this, i have bought this in the big amount i want something to be done on this, i can't let my money wasted for this crap.
Just not this pasting, on sides this all soul is going to come out.

I bought catwalk shoes from a store and wore them for the first time and my sole broke. Its highly disappointing when u spend on something and love it so much u cherish to wear them and it breaks. Completely unreliable brand its better i spend on a local brand.

I have purchased catwalk sandals worth rs.2000 two months before but it got damaged within hills.even if I haven't wear it much it got damaged.i want replacement or else want refund on this.i have receipts of product. I purchased it from shoppers stop.reply is expected. it is black sandal.having chain.chain is also damaged.such a poor quality is not expected from a brand like catwalk.

Hi,

I purchased an expensive catwalk sandal from your outlet in the phoenix marketcity mall in the whitefield, bangalore, in the month of january.

I'm disheartened to inform that the sandal wasnt even used 5-6 times and i see a major damage in it.
We asked the salesperson their about its sustainability, as the footwear is supported on ropes, he said it is catwalk and we don't compromise on quality.

Sadly it's not even 2 months of purchase and i'm facing this issue.
I'm attaching pictures for your reference

Kindly look into this as it is an expensive one and compensate us accordingly.

I had purchased a catwalk footwear from vashi central worth rs 1695. I got it on 50% discount, so it cost me rs 847. But, the footwear's beads started coming out when i wore it for the first time. So, i had submitted the footwear for repair along with the bill at vashi central. These people told me that it will take 15 days for the footwear to get repaired. But, now it's been more than a month that they have not returned my footwear back.
When i call them, they refuse to answer saying, call us back in half an hour or call us back tomorrow and this and that.
This is really pathetic. Never expected such disappointing service from such a reputed brand as catwalk.
Now, please ask them to issue a refund of rs 847 in my name lieu of the footwear.

I bought a pair of sandle from central mall gurgaon and they are so pathetic that i regret why i invested my money in that rather i would have gone for a local brand then catwalk.
On very first day the back strap elastic is coming down from ankle while walking.
Even had a shoe bite.
If such things will happens with such a brand then its better go for other brands.
Very dissapointed.
They will not even replace it as its worn.. Kindly so something to resolve the issue asap.

I purchased catwalk belleys in may 2018 from central mall, hyderabad. I used it around for 45 days and its leather sole on the sides of the belley is torn at 2-3 places. This is really not expected from a brand like catwalk. I have attached the photos of the shoes in the complaint. From the photo, you will get a clear idea about the exact damage.

Catwalk is a renowned and costly brand. I cannot expect such quality issues with the products. I have been using catwalk since many years. This is the first time i have come across such a bad quality shoes / belleys.

I want a replacement or cash back as i had purchased it believing on the brand.

Kindly solve my problem as this is repeatedly happening giving wrong information and cheating the customers. Myntra being one of the most popular websites this is totally unacceptable. Kindly solxe my problem. The website has given wrong information about the heel size. Product is badly packed in torn box. There is discoloration too. Previously also once i had ordered a pair of catwalk heels, i had ordered size 40 but size 37 was sent instead.. That too in pathetic condition.

I had ordered a pair of catwalk heels from this website. Just now i have received it and my first complaint is the heel size that is mentioned on the website is 2 inches which is false information. I bought catwalk shoes from shopper stop, velachery chennai on 27th oct 2017, within couple of months sole got broken. Nothing has happen tyo front part. As i went our of station, i recently went to shopper stop having the bill to get it repaired, i was told catwalk wil not do this.
Am using catwalk for long time but this is the first time that catwalk sole itself got broken in both the shoes.

Few months back i bought wedges worth Rs.2495 from a certified store. But when i wear them even for 15 minutes, my ankle and my toe starts feeling like separating from my foot in two different peices and it goes very uncomfortable for me to wear them. New like product and i want a replacement or refund. Please help
