I bought a catwalk heel with very high price to celebrate Durga puja festival on my city Kolkata. I wore 1 day and a huge portion of my feet become infected and it developed extremely painful callus on my feet. I will attach the pic of heels for your reference. Because of this infection, I had to suffer from fever and my entire festival got spoiled. I had to consult with a doctor, still now I'm not able to walk properly in a bare foot even at my home. I never faced such kind of situation . I would like to request to check the material of the heels/shoes have been prepared, it's extremely important, otherwise people can face this kind of situation like me and now I want to get back my money, it took a high price, please suggest me how to get that back?
