CC Avenue — ahmedabad property tax payment made online through ccavenue web site.

Today a payment towards my property tax due of ahmedabad municipal corporation was done and the amount of tax got deducted from my hdfc bank account. But when viewed the status in the ahmedabad municipal corporation web site (Ahmedabadcity.gov.in) its showing as outstanding, meaning amount not processed to ahmedabadcity.gov.in. Immediate coresspondance via email and online complaint done. No response till now. Tried your customer chat option, being non responsive, is surprising. Please recredit the amount back to my hdfc bank account, as the same has not reached the intended ahmedabadcity.gov.in towards my property tax dues.
