CC Avenue — air ticket wasn't booked but money deducted | |||
I performed a transaction in the indigo airline mobile app while booking my ticket. After the process, i got a pop up message saying that the process was a failure and my ticket was not booked. However, the amount (25, 760rs) was deducted from my account and i received a mail from cc avenue saying the order has been successfully placed. I also contacted indigo airlines but they said that they did not get the money. So they are helpless at their end. I would want cc avenue to respond since mailed me saying that money was successfully transacted. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

I made a payment of INR 1508 via
transaction ID: NET TXN: CC AVENUES[protected] SUB123 via
YesBank Net Banking.
Transaction date: 27 February, 2020 (between 7PM to 9:30PM)
And my profile was not upgraded.
I want a refund of the same. Please help
