CC Avenue — amount deducted from account but not credited to bharat gas distributor | |||||
Hi CCAvenue I would like to inform you that the payment which I made on 14-Oct-2018 to book refill of Bharat gas cylinder via ebharatgas websites via Axis Bank using UPI did not realized by the distributor. Actually I made two attempts. First with transaction no.[protected] which FAILED but the second transaction after 3 minutes with transaction no.[protected] which was successful and I was charged with RS 874.50. But This transaction is not reflecting with Bharat gas. Could you please check about this transaction and let me know the status. If the amount is not credited to Bharat gas distributor then please refund the amount back into my Axis Bank account. Otherwise please send me the acknowledgement that the amount transferred to the distributor. I have attached the screenshot for both the transactions and my bank statement which reflect the amount deducted from my account from second transaction.
