CC Avenue — amount deducted from bank but not paid to the merchant due to timeout error | |||
I was paying for my movie tickets on the cinepolis website using upi option on 25-nov-2017. My upi transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my bank account. But while ccavenue was trying to connect back to the cinepolis website, i got an "timeout error" page. Hence my purchase wasn't successful. I wanted to know what happens when there is a timeout error and by when will the amount be credited back to my account? Was this information helpful? | |||
