I had made a payment of Rs.1479.72 to CSC E Governence using my RBL bank credit card ending with xxxx 6147.

I recently purchased item from max fashion app worth ₹349 online on 23rd dec. The payment was successful done through phone pay and the amount was debited from my account. But neither i'm able to see the item ordered in the order history nor received any confirmation mail from max fashion.
