I booked a "Niramala vazhipadu for RS 200" online as an offering to the Gururvayur temple. The money is received from the bank. But the temple website shows that the money transaction is a failure. No receipt received. The screenshots of the bank details and the Gururvayur Devaswom website is attached. Hope to check and take action.

    I paid through cc Avenue and money debited from my bank. But product not received. Almost 7 days over. I contacted ccavenue customer care many time but they have no proper customer support. Very bad service from ccavenue. I heard so many complain about ccavenue and now I am facing.

      I have recharge an amount of rs. 598 for airtel prepaid mobile no on 30 august 2020 and my order no is[protected]. The amount has been debited from my account. However, i have not yet receive my recharge amount.

        Hi sir,
        On 14th sep 20 9.40 pm i have made payment for new bharath gas connection.
        In payment gate way stage the amount deducted from my bank but in between the section got expired and i haven't revived any receipt from site.

        Its difficult for me to submit proof of payment to the distributor for releasing the cylinder and connection.

        Please help me to resole the issue.

          I was adding funds to my idfc bank through upi.
          The amount got deducted from standard chartered bank but did not credited to my idfc bank.
          The amount is still not refunded to source account nor it has been credited to the beneficiary account. (Idfc)

            I recently purchased item from max fashion app worth ₹1347.99 online on 6th sept. The payment was successful done through google pay and the amount was debited from my account. But neither i'm able to see the item ordered in the order history nor received any confirmation mail from max fashion.
            I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible.

            Any update it's been 12 days and haven't heard a word regarding any progress on my complaint
            I noticed that many complaints have been resolved in just few days but for me why it is taking too long.

              I booked lpg (Bharatgas) cylinder on 31/08/2020 by sbi debit card. Transaction failed but bank gave successful payment receipt on my email and sms on my phone that rs.611.45 was debited by my account. Bharatgas site show the transaction status failure.                 Today I have ordered 3 items from max fashion app worth ₹999 online on 30 th sept. The payment was successful done through phone pay and the amount was debited from my account.                       On 29th August.. I have found a transaction in my paytm phone account [protected] of INR 529 at 4:45 pm. Paytm used ccavenue as paytm getaway. But I didn't received any transaction OTP or anything which confirm for any payment.
                      I noticed that in evening and logged customer complaint.
                      I got reply from paytm that transaction is valid. But paytm suggest to contact ccavenue to know where the transaction done. Who was Marchant. Where this money spent.
                      I need your support to know the details of transaction otherwise this maybe happen again and to other people as well.
                      I know that is a small amount but loss of big trust in online payment.
                      I have also attached snapshot of transaction done on paytm..
                      I request to resolve the issue ASAP.

                        I recently purchased items worth ₹2157.30 from Max fashion online shopping app on 31st August. The payment was done through Google Pay and was successful and the amount was debited from my account. However I'm not able to see my order history in the app and the 'ordered items' are still in my cart and did not receive any confirmation mail from CC Avenue or from Max.

                            I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 23/08/2020and made online payment using Google pay (upi payment). Amount ₹ 650/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction pending.
