There seems to be something fishy with this site overall.
I ended up placing a order for pack of 3 leggings xl size for 1499rs order via gpay
It got delivered really fast bt its nt as requested the size is too small like kids leggings & quality too bad and not what was shown
I need a refund asap
All the sender number & customer care numbers are uncontactable...
Please take away your products & provide refund
Not worth single penny

      Payment got deducted by ccavenue but the merchant didn't recieved it.

      I made a online payment rs 200 using paytm upi. But it didn't recievedby merchant. The amount was deducted from my bank account.

            I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 02/07/2020 and made online payment using google Pay UPI. Amount ₹ 622/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction pending. Also, now site show server time request out.

                Hi, this complaint is in regards to the call that my father receieved on saturday dated 27/06/2020 nad that money started getiing decucted, after updating the passbook i checked that you were one of the merchants amoungst the dedection . Please look into the matter 0n urgent basis.

Amount ₹ 606.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site.                       I have done upi payment using cc avenue on 22nd of may to oriflame merchant. And the payment was failed. I have registered complain with cc avenue support team immediately (Complain number: 253183). This has been more than 3 weeks now. There is absolutely no proper response from cc avenue and i did not receive my money back. I have tried to connect them many times without luck.

                          I had made on order on khadinatural.com amounting rs 880, now the money got deducted from my account but order has been cancelled, please check and revert back asap.
                          Hope will get get the help from your end.
                          Tried sending mail to [protected]@ccavenue and you guys have blocked me from sending email over there.
                          Totally fraud company.
                          Request to every company who require payment gateway integration, please never trust ccavenue. It's a request

                              Hi i tried to book bharatgas lpg cylinder through quick book and pay method. For payment i opted for upi and money was debited from my account but payment status showed failure on bharatgas website. I had to pay money while gas cylinder was delivered. Money debited was 633/-

                                  This is to inform you that i prashant kannojia, on the date of 19 may 2020 was trying to purchase an online course from made easy institute worth rs 11800 by paying through sbi netbanking.
                                  Unfortunately, the money got debited from my account and but the payment gateway page was expired and transaction to seller was unsuccessful.

                                  After enquiring with the state bank of india and madeasy institute, i came to know that the transaction from source account to payment gateway (I. E inb avenues india private lim) was successful but unsuccessful further to the seller i. E its been stuck with ccavenue gateway.

                                  Its been 16 days from then, the money (Rs 11800) is still not refunded in the source account.
                                  I request you to provide assistance for the same.

                                      I have made payment through icici debit card for rs 1775 online via ahmedabad municipal corporation (Amc) web site for house property tax payment. Date of payment: 04-june-2020 at 05:07 pm.

                                      Icici statement shows:

                                      After successful debit from my account, i was directed to amc site for viewing
