Hi cc avenue & home center,

I placed an order in the homecenter, payment was successful but never got a confirmation of the order. When i see the app i still see the cart with items but amount from my bank account has been debited. I have attached the payment confirmation with this email for reference.
I would request you to look into it and resolve it as soon as possible.

I had placed an order in hime centre for rs 1350/- on 21/7/2020, the amount was deducted but the order was not placed. Kindly help refund the amount. Order was placed through google pay.

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 21/07/2020 and made online payment using sbi debit card. Amount ₹ 599.85/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas app.

I have booked bharat gas LPG cylinder on 17/07/2020 and made online payment using Amazon UPI. Amount ₹ 610.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site and application as well. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction shows pending.

I tried to purchase an item from. Max fashion online through google pay cc avenue gateway but the amount of 2134 and the order failed under order no - [protected] as deducted by cc avenue and was not refunded yet, transaction date -11th july 2020, 3.29 pm, google pay cc avenue transaction id number 8s[protected] and the order was not placed.

After a sucessfull payment it is showing payment is under process pending on bharat gas website. Please help me and please resolve my issue.

My paytm account 106 rs deducted through csc wallet add money cc avenue through debit card but not add csc wallet the server is error plz solve my issue and i want my deducted money.

I purchased some items from max bt the order is not confirmed from max and payable amount is debited from my account through ccavaneus... How can i get back this

I made transaction from google pay to home centre .i purchased online and i paid 2195 rs. But home centre says they have not received amount thats why no order id generated .google pay says they have credited amount in home centre. Cc avenue is fraud.theu have stolen my moneuly.

There seems to be something fishy with this site overall.
I ended up placing a order for pack of 3 leggings xl size for 1499rs order via gpay
It got delivered really fast bt its nt as requested the size is too small like kids leggings & quality too bad and not what was shown
I need a refund asap
All the sender number & customer care numbers are uncontactable...
Please take away your products & provide refund

Hi, this complaint is in regards to the call that my father receieved on saturday dated 27/06/2020 nad that money started getiing decucted, after updating the passbook i checked that you were one of the merchants amoungst the dedection . Please look into the matter 0n urgent basis.
