I ordered a trimmer and paid online through ccavenue payment gateway... Amount is deducted but order not received to me

I have lost rs. 675/- (135*6) to while purchasing edunguru spoken english course online as the company edunguru has ccavenue as it's gateway partner.
The amount is deducted from my bank account but the product isn't purchased.

Thus, i request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my deducted amount.

I have made an online payment to book gas cylinder on 30/04/2020 through google pay. ₹734 has been debited from my account whereas my payment status is showing failed on bharat gas app. I have put complaint on their forum and your forum as well, they asked me to wait for 6hrs. It's been 3 days now but still the payment status is failed and i have received no refund yet. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Booking cylinder online and paid using cc Avenue . Money got Deducted from account but didn't get any confirmation form cc Avenue. Even the cylinder webisite is showing pending.

I have booked bharat gas online and paid the amount using CC Avenue upi mode. the payment was successful on the phonepe, amount got deducted but CC Avenue payment website got froze and showed a blank screen.

I just booked a lpg cylinder from bharatgas app on 28/04/2020 and made payment through upi. But payment status is showing pending..amount has been deducted from my account.

I had complaint for the same so many times by calling on customer care
But they did not give me satisfactory reply.

Afterwards when i contact my rm (Shruty mam) and risk team (Mr izhar
Shaikh) to do in this matter and if you people are unable to solve such
Problems then i kindly request you to please shutdown your it and
Verification department and terminate all such employees. Who create
Such nuisance to customer.

In my opiniin infibeam avenues limited (Cc avenue gatway) was great in
Customer dealing but after so much harassment by the employees now i
Think they very careless and unprofessional.

Please look into this matter else return all my documents and
Payment (63000/=) rs

I request you to take proper action in this regard waiting for your
Urgent reply.

I ordered gas cylinder today 27/4/2020. Order No. 5716. The amount is deducted but the status in the app is showing pending. I ordered the cylinder from Bharat Gas app. The amount of 717.36 rupees has been deducted. I have done the payment through ccvenue payment mode. Please help.

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 24/04/2020 and made online payment using google pay. Amount ₹ 803.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as payment failure on bharat gas cylinder booking app. Payment was made by google pay and amount got deducted from my account. I have contacted google pay customer care he told me that the transaction was completed on their side as it is shown on google pay app. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas app nor amount refunded to my account as this shows payment failure. My google pay upi transaction id is:[protected]. The amount was paid to [protected]@icici. Please do the needful.

Bharath gas payment showing failure. But success in cc avenue. But still bharath gas payment status showing pending also i got a message that "your transaction has failed/aborted. You may try again now or your order will be automatically converted to cod (Cash on delivery)."

Amount ₹ 763.50/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site. Please check this from your end.

I made a transaction of amount rs 2, 265.60 on https://india.resellerclub.com/ using your payment gateway through upi linked with my bank account on 21st april at 11:29 a. M but the money got deducted from my bank account and after seconds the payment page comes with a message that "payment gateway timed out" whereas money got deducted from my bank account then why timed out message was shown to me instead of successful payment. Amount ₹ 739.87 /- was deducted from my credit card but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue reference[protected] . I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 12/04/2020 and made online payment by sbi debit card. Amount 782.62 /- was deducted from my account but still it show payment status as pending on bharat cylinder booking site. I applied online for booking of refil cylinder on 05.04.2020 at 6.15 a m and paid rs.763.82 through ccavenue. The payment was successfull and i got sms from bank informing that rs.763.82 had been debited to my account through net banking at 6.15 a m. Cc avenue mclick:1098157. But the same is not reflected on my account on bharat gas website. It shows : order date : 05.04.2020 order no, 1726. Payment status : failure.
I have not received any email from ccavenue or bharat gas. Kindly help to clear the status of my order as soon as possible.

I recharged my dishtv vc no. [protected] yesterday at about 21:01:48, my saving bank account is debited with rs 219/- but dishtv is still not recharged. Transaction no. Was not generated, it was showing some error. But saving bank account debited. Transaction no.in my statement is i-ccavenue[protected]. Kindly do the needful as recharge date of this vc is over yesterday.

I booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 28/03/2020 and made online payment using upi ([protected]@icici) from phonepe app. Amount of inr 796.00 was deducted from my account and it showed payment status as failure on bharat gas cylinder booking app. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction got failed. Please issue me refund of inr 796.00 for the same to my bank account.

I have made payment from avast free antivirus software is my lappy for resolving my issues in my laptop. However when i made payment it has been deducted from my bank account and is not showing anywhere in the software, i did not get activation code for my antivirus. Please resolve this issue, i need refund in my account since i did not get service which i paid for.
Pfb : transaction details in my banking app and is shown nowhere in software.
