I do hereby feel sorry to inform you about an incident which i faced after placing my order at poorvika via online transaction. I have placed an order for redmi 4a for which my payment for the item with code 104259 got confirmed and the amount of rs 6499 got deducted from my account. The merchant has even received the payment through the bank as per the information i fetched from the bank official. It has ben 1 month since my booking and online confirmation. But still now i have not received the item its high time and i request for a refund of my money. The bank massage after deduction with amount if clipped along with my application.

    A Complaint was received in Vechoochira Police station, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala state. from one Pritty Pasad, Poovatholil house, Chathanthara PO, stating that today morning she received a call from [protected] in her mobile number [protected] introducing as an SBI staff. He told her that her PIN was changed and asked for the old PIN and card niumber. She told her card no. [protected]. They convinced her and told the OTP received. 035569 for an amount of 24993 for the purchase ir service provided by you today morning. Her account Number is [protected] of SBI Mogappair branch Chennai. Kindly request to block the transaction/delivery. Please inform any progress in this regard to [protected], [protected]. sivechpchira.[protected]@kerala.gov.in

    Same happened to me today (3/7/2017) from the same number I didn't share anything
    this number is active for years making frauds after frauds. I am also a victim.. and whole indian police is doing nothing against it

          Killer jeans not giving atleast a mail response also
          On 18th April 2017, I had recharge my DISH TV connection online using my Net banking & the amount also deducted from my account and the transaction was unsuccessful. Still the amount not received to my account. As contact with DISH TV, they said that there is no any amount received by online.
          Please look this matter and solve my problem...

            Yesterday at 02-00 PM i.e on[protected] I received a phone call regarding refund of amount for orient Pedasteral fan a sum of Rs.3500 from cell [protected], [protected] stating that they are talking from Director, Refunds, Orient Electric Mr.Batnakar, and asked my bank account details for crediting the amount and cheated us by taking the said information. They asked us my entire bank details and card details and immediately amount was debited to my account for Rs.3500 on[protected]
            Now my account was debited with Rs.3500 and got sms that amount was credited to www.ccavenue.com. Vide RR number[protected] at terminal ID 2301 My card number [protected] visa
            Later I came to know the said amount was credited through www.ccavenue.com, Now kindly arrange the bank details to which account the said was credited which enables to lodge a complaint with the police as cyber crime

Still the amount not received to my account. The Bharat Gas consumer number is 72334457. As contact with Bharat gas, they said that there is no any amount received by online.Please look this matter and solve my problem.

                Consumer Complaint People called me continuously to refund back my money of INR 41000/- paid to CLICK JOBS.COM.. They issued cheque of HDFC to me n sent my email to verify and they, [protected]@india.com added INR 5000/- along with my refund( Total 46000/- INR) and accordingly I hv to transfer INR 5000/- to them first then they will arrange to send me Cheque of INR 46000/- Bank directly send the same by SPEED POST..From Friday ( 31/3/17) till now nothing rcvd. I sent an email to them and one gentleman not answering for my calls after getting their money from me.There is one CEO who is also silent for the emails and absolutely a fake area and fake people..Be careful of them..Im trying to get the concerned authority to put an enquiry on this and to get back my whole money soon..Information hs bn passed to the IB.

                              We were using CCavenue Payment Gateway. An amount of Rs. Rs. 1, 08, 390/- is due with the CCAVENUE.com. On telephonic conversation their Representative told us the amount will be released after 18 months but it is already 20 months they have not made the payment to us. When i mailed them to release the amount they blocked our account and we are not even able to login into the Merchant Panel.

                                On 11th February 2017 i planned to order flowers from www.floraindia.com, but during payment time due to internet problem, amount is debited from my account but order is not placed. I paid 3 times worth Rs.1691.50 each. At last in 4th transaction my order is placed.

                                Due to failure in 3 transactions, my amount (1691.50 x 3 =5074.50Rs) is credited back to my account.

                                But Suddenly on 18 February 2017, again for same failed transactions amount is debited from my account.

                                Please verify in this regards,
                                please refund my money.

                                    An amount of Rs.500/=( Five Hundered only) deducted from my Bank Account on 18/01/2017 at 9:51:12 AM vide reference number[protected] but till today my MobiKwik Wallet balance is still showing zero balance and amount is also not refunded back to my Bank account. I also made complaint to the MobiKwik Comapny vide TICKET #5821204 on 18 Jan 2017 at 10.27 AM but the MobiKwik replied that "WE CHECKED AND FOUND THAT YOUR PAYMENT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AS MobiKwik DID NOT UPDATE FROM YOUR BANK FOR THIS TRANSACTION." It is therefore clear that the amount of Rs.500/= is held by you ''CC Avenue" only. I therefore request you to please refund the money to my Bank account urgently as you have no right to retain the customer money for long period due to the disruption of the Network System as per THE PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT SYSTEMS ACT, 2007.

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      My a/c has been debited by Rs.699 INR while purchasing avast's cleanup service .Actually while in the mid of payment just after i entered the O.T.P the page showed that it is being redirected to the merchant site and the loop never ended and i closed the avast store window.
                                      Now i have not got any activation code for the avast's cleanup service but my account is debited.So i request you to cancel the payment and refund the amount.
