I had ordered in limeroad.com and made pament through my icici netbanking against Beneficiary/Biller C.C. AVENUES. Eventhough order is not taken, Rs.76 is dected from my account. What the hell is this. My reference id [protected]

    Firstly on 21.08.2015 on POS[protected] Rs.350
    Secondly on 26.08.2015 on POS[protected] Rs.650
    May i know what is this going on with my acct and without my knowledge?
    please tell me that can it be refunded or not?

      Hello Sir, my self Swagat Dash from sambalpur, odisha. I got a call from [protected] to my number [protected] on 13 sept. 2105. the caller introduced himself as an employee of State Bank Of India. He told me that my atm card is going to block and i have to renew it. Unfortunately as he was asking about the details of my debit card, i gave him all details. Then he asked me for "one time password code" or OTP CODE. Unfortunately i gave him that code also. That person asked me around 6 OTP codes and I gave him all as I thought he was an employee of SBI. After all this when I checked my balance i found that i have lost 49, 785/- (RS/- FORTY NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHT FIVE). After that i blocked my atm card. THEIR TRANSACTION AS FOLLOWS; from your company: . POS[protected] CCAvenue.com of 9999/- POS[protected] CCAvenue.com of 9999/- please refund my money as soon as possible

      but after one hour i was not getting any thing from him

              I have made a payment for Dish TV recharge at http://www.dishtv.in/Pages/Instant-Recharge. aspx using my HDFC net banking with ccavenue and the payment was Rs.650/-. amount has been deducted from my account and my ledger ref no.[protected] dated 25th July 2015 Dish TV VC no [protected] And also I have received SMS from my bank HDFC Rs.650/deducted in Mumbai at CCAvenue.com time 19.02.52 But Dish TV customer care people say they have not received details from CCAvenue. and in Dish TV I have registered complaint no.[protected]. Please let me know the status of my deducted amount. And last two days I am following this transaction which is killing my time and short kind of harassment also In dish Tv instant recharge -we paid the amount . from CCavneue will take 5 days time to send money to Dish TV then what is point to do instant recharge.                 I used an online transaction for the payment of fees for elitmus test from my sbi account on pos 00003679 at ccavenue.com mumbai in txn#[protected]. This payment has debited from the main account, but the same is not shown in elitmus website as they are showing that the payment has not been made. I would be grateful if you enquire about the given transaction and undo the process.

                  sun direct dth recharged worth rs.440.for three months through ccavenue.com amount deducted from my SBI account using ATM debit card on 22/6/2015 transaction id[protected] amount deducted by the ccavenue but not recharged dth i called sun direct service customer care but they replied not recharged by the ccavenue so contact the ccavenue company or make a complaint .so make arrangements to recharge

Booked an item from kolhapurichappalhouse.com for INR 540.00 on 13.07.2015 at around 23:00 hrs. te amount deducted from my BOB account. However the merchant says he didn't received the amount. the payment was made from CCAVEN Payment gateway. After the booking & money transfer a message came at 23:11 hrs from DD-CCAVEN which says: Your order#844 on http://www.kolhapurichappalhouse.com for INR 540.00 was successful.                     Dear Sir,

                    Its now a very long time that my complaint is let by unresolved. neither from Bank of BAroda Bank or from CC avenue there is any action. my amount is still not credited.
                    Please do something or else is there anyone who could suggest me how to get back my hard earned money.

                    I had submitted complaint in BOB angul, Orissa twice but still no action.

                      Booked an Item in kolhapurichappalhouse.com on 13.07.2015. Amount deducted with a message: " YOUR ORDER#844 ON http://www.kolhapurichappalhouse.com for INR 540.00 was successful. CCA Ref No.:[protected]. The money was deducted from my account & not received by the merchant. also till date the money did't returned in my account.

                        Hi Team, I have very BIG escalation on CC avenue gateway payment yesterday I have complaint but I dint not even receive any response from u people as u promised u wil contact me soon one more thing u people did not even have customer care number when u have this much bid organization that’s very bad thing and m trying from yesterday to contact but not finding way raised complaint in different pages but no response from you people it shows your carelessness I really irritated I have payment gate way number wil really give it to consumer court if you don’t respond in 24 hours i was purchasing dresses from limeroad.com and paid the amount 2394 through CCAvenue paid gateway it showed successfully u made payment and amount got deducted from my ICICI account also and I did not receive any confirmation from limeroad so I enquired them they are saying we did not receive any amount from CC avenue so can you please look into this issue as soon as possible if not I will escalate to higher levels and Please return my money asap. I found a lot of rip off report about this music shop, this shop is cheater. I am trying to contact with ccavenue.com risk team, but they said you have to call India, but i am in Turkey. I can not get santoor and money back. I am street musician, and i earn money with this art. I can not play music on streets because of this shop. Please help me.                             When i check my credit card statement, found Recharge_ccavenue_co transaction on 29th June 2015 @11:30 AM, This transaction was not done by me or my family member, also i have not authorised this transaction either through OTP or netbanking.                               Hi my self nilesh shete I made translation on 23/05/15 for aquamagica . I made two attempts both time transactions was fail but money 5996 was deducted from my bank account. And for that I call to your customer care 6 time in 30 day, all time I get same answer that you're money will be refund by 20 days. But already its 30 days over for fail transaction. I mail also but I didn't get any reply from them . please let me know what should I have to to do next. Shall I go to consumer court or police thank you.

                                Thanks, I got the amount back after i talk them through online chat. I got message from paytm - You can relax because Rs. 902.50 has been already refunded to your Paytm account. You can use this money to do a recharge the next time you’re on Paytm.com.

                                Just now i got a call from (Punjab, mobile GPS detect so) [protected] And asking me my card number, valid date and CVV
                                Number.

                                A Lady (seems to be old - 35 age) saying that she need all this details to claim my amount, As soon as i got doubt i said, sotty i can not give, then she cut the call.

                                Am going to file this number against "online fraud" .

                                  y brother fill a online form for graphic era institute on 08.05.2015 he entered all his details and submit the online payment of RS- 1200, the amount has been deducted from our account but not credited to graphic era we file a complain to our bank but the bank has provided the status that amount has been credited from there side to cc avenue after so many call to cc avenue no response has been given by them we also put a mail to them for which they issue a ticket no New Ticket #00213899::Payment pending, but till date nothing has been done regarding the claim, kindly do the needful already one month has been passed.

                                    ear Sir/ma'am This is to bring into your knowledge that my debit card has been used by some fraud person and has made a transaction out of it amounting to. Rs.5000 dated 20th may 2015 around 1:50pm and transaction ID is[protected] by ccavenue..com I have made the complain many times but no action has been taken in this regard. I have got some reply from ccavenuue risk team but after sometime they have stopped replying me about the transaction. I am making regularly complain but no action has been taken till date from your side. I have raised two tickets for my complains they are 0025817 and 00211265 but no action has been taken on my complain since many days. So I kindly request ccavenue to cancel the above mentioned transaction and refund my money to my respective bank account.

                                        I have made payment of 673.04/- through ccavenue.com on 10/1/15 which was successfully debited from my account but ccavenue says payment was unsuccessful.When i asked them about the issue, they asked me to send the details of the payment.After sending all the details i did not get any reply from them.I have all the records of the mails and the details of my payment done to them.

                                        Kindly help me how to file the complaint.
