i made a payment to a bus booking tickets through ccavenue.com but tickets are not book reference no #00287655 i used debit card(IDBI Bank) as payment option to pay rs 2400my bank processed the payment.the tickets was cancelled &money refund process was process through ccavanue

I have made payment of 673.04/- through ccavenue.com on 10/1/15 which was successfully debited from my account but ccavenue says payment was unsuccessful.When i asked them about the issue, they asked me to send the details of the payment.After sending all the details i did not get any reply from them.I have all the records of the mails and the details of my payment done to them.
