I paid 67, 000 through my HDFC account to Times group..and there has been no update about the same...it is already over 24 hrs...i dont know what kind of gateway this is......

I was doing online purchase from Lenovo website using my ICICI bank credit card. The amount Rs.101, 092 got deducted from my account through CCAvenue but the order was not confirmed. The status was "Your order # (some number) is Awaited". I tried reaching the technical support or service team of CCAvenue but no response still.

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 20/05/2022 and made online payment using upi. Amount ₹ 1005.50 /- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status as pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed...

I've recently made a purchase of Rs. 1276 on steam via netbanking which directed me to CC Avenue as it usually does, but it's almost been more than half an hour now, since CC Avenue debited the money from me and I haven't received the purchase yet. It's saying the payment is yet to be received from them and it'll be done in 5 mins since I initiated the transaction....

I have ordered in crocs and the payment method was Google pay. I got the collect pay request from cc avanue and I paid. The money was debited from my account to cc avanue but it doesn't reach crocs account. So the order get cancelled. (I don't have a cc avanue account but the request came from it on Google pay. That's why I paid. )
What should I do? My order of crocs comes as cancelled and my money was debited from account....

I received an email regarding my refund request. It was stated that my refund will be reflected in 2-4 days. It has been 4 days since then, but no amount has been received. The customer care number is always busy....

I made a payment of 500 to Sanjeevani Dairy using the CC Avenue payment gateway. It shows that order is awaited and a payment reference number is provided. The wallet of Doodhvale 2.0 is not credited.

Please help us to take action against CC Avenue.

I had paid today for buying domain and hosting but the guide informed it is not showing there.
It didn't get into GoDaddy website.
So please will you refund the money I have paid through your payment account as soon as possible.

While paying through online on 07.03.2022 the fees Rs.14, 986 for the course in Veranda Race once the payment made the page showed error as site cannot be reached, but the amount was deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation receipt as fees paid and once I enquired veranda race even the amount was not credited to veranda race.
