[Resolved] CC Avenue — jio recharge amount debited but recharge not done | |
I have recharged my jio number using myjio app upi mode through payment gateway @okhdfcbank on 05 december 2019 at 10:24 pm. Reference id is[protected]. Though money has been deducted from my bank account but my recharge has not been made. I therefore request you to look into the matter I have hereby attached screenshot of the payment made. Dec 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved CC Avenue customer support informed that the amount will be reversed by the bank in 2 days. I got the amount. CC Avenue customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
