CC Avenue — jio recharge not done.

Hi,

I had recharged my jio number with jio plan of rupees 399 therefore i had payed rs.349 after applying 50 rupees voucher using upi to [protected]@icici, but my money was deducted from my bank account, unfortunately didn't get recharged.
Please help refund or recharge. Waiting for your response with a proper solution to my complaint as soon as possible.
