I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinhaveder on 1 mar 2017 at 10:05 am and made online payment using sbi debit card. Amount ₹ 758/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue ref is: pos[protected] at cc avenue_ebharatgas. C txn#[protected].
I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed.
Kindly do the needful.

I had placed one order (order#92969) on 10/03/2017.

But still there is no any status showing about the delivery of the product. Fyi..

when the product will deliver??
