CC Avenue — Payment deducted for a failed transaction while transaction on Shopper stop via CCAvenue portal

I was trying to pay for a watch on 5th September, 2021 on Shopper stop portal via CCAvenue transaction gateway. The payment failed but amount of Rs 2, 846 was deducted from my paytm account. The wallet transaction id is [protected]. The order id is[protected]. Please refund my money.
