CC Avenue — payment done, but company not received

Dear team,

I have paid rs:672 via cc avenue (Ord0.[protected] from ccavenue), but service provider edulogiq.in is not received the payment.

They are not updating the services for which i have did above payment.

Please find the edulogiq merchant reply as belwo in [bracket]
