CC Avenue — received transaction as successful but no recharge happened | |||||
Dear sir On 17th august at 11:13 i made a transaction on website www.D2H.com for my videocond2h recharge of amount rs 1621.80 which was deducted from my canara bank atm but the videcond2h recharge didn’t happen. My order number is[protected] and my ccavenue reference number is[protected]. Please help it almost 36 hours and i have made numerous complaints to videocon d2h customer care regarding this fraudulent transaction and they keep telling me to wait for another 36 hours. I have been regularly using ccavenue for my transaction but this time i feel cheated so please kindly help me out of this problem and help me see my channels as was promised by videocon d2h.
