CC Avenue — Transaction done online was not credited to the beneficiary | |
Dear Sir, Regarding the above subject, I want to pull your kind attention that an online transaction of Rs.2000/(Two Thousand Only) was done by me on 19th May 2021.The transaction was successful and the amount along with the transaction charge was also deducted from my account at the real time but the beneficiary didn't received the money till the date. Nor the amount was refunded in my account till the date. The detail of Transaction is as below: Transaction ID- AVENUES[protected]/https://ewallet.csccloud.in/thru Net Banking-ref:[protected]-19/05/2021 08:52-Indian Bank Therefore I request you to kindly look into this matter and solve the matter at the earliest by either sending the money to the beneficiary or refunding it back in my account.In anxious hope of reply along with the solution from your end.
