I Have done Payment for my domain (androidworld.in.net) from BigRock Site through UPI mode from PhonePe account. The Amount was deducted towards "[protected]@hdfcbank" but it is not forwarded towards BigRock. I have got an error page in the site. I have attached the transactions screenshots to this complaint. I have made payment through google pay and the amount is already deducted from my bank account but did not forwarded to the merchant please kindly look into this matter as soon as possible because airline have my tickets because of this reason
