Ccavenue — money deducted but recharge not done | |
I have recharged my jio no [protected] with 349 rs on myjio app through UPI through my paytm UPI payment gateway was [protected]@HDFCBANK They deducted my money but my recharge was not successful . I contacted ccavenue but I didn't get a satisfactory reply. When I contacted jio then they told me that recharge was initiated but since payment confirmation was not done by ''''CCAVENUE"”''' recharge could be done. I was further told that CC avenue india pvt limited jave my money so I contacted them but I am not getting my money These guys are not returning my money which they are keeping Was this information helpful? | |
