[Resolved] Ccavenue — payment debited from bank but bharat gas is showing payment failure | |
I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 09/08/2020 (Order number 41885) and made online payment using paytm upi. Amount ₹ 592/- was deducted from my account and the payment was successful from paytm side. However, it is showing payment status as failure on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue and the upi reference id is[protected] although ccavenue confirmed having receipt of payment, i have received a payment failure confirmation from bharat gas site. I would appreciate if the amount would be refunded to my account as this transaction got fail. My bharat gas consumer no is 33034280 Was this information helpful? | |
