CCM/Refund, Northern Railway New Delhi — Refund of ticket

I boarded the train no 12425 RAJDHANI from NDLS to JAMMU on 18/07/2016 by 2AC along with my brother & son but unfortunately i left the ticket at home but SMS from IRCTC& photocopy of ticket was with me at same time, but TT of the said coach did not bothered & refused to accept it resulting i had to pay Rs 4830/- extra in lieu of Rs 3730/-.
All the concerned documents were dispatched on 20/07/2016 in your favor for its refund, but sorry to say that till date nothing has been done so far.
Kindly look into the matter & arrange to send its full refund in my favor without any further delay
