CDSL — Transfer of share

Dear Sir/Madam
Greetings
I hold some shares in karvy stock broking company since 2008
Karvy Client code id 10625501 and NSDL id :[protected].
Since karvy is closed down some year ago so I had opended account with
Motilal Oswal Client code: PYKR00124.
pan card no AMBPM2844B.
But till date my shares from karvy is not transferred to Motilal Oswal though I had made all intereactions with cdsl and even postal interaction had been made.
Request you to kindly expedite the process for which I would be highly obliged.
