सर मेरा नाम विनोद कुमार है मैंने दिनांक[protected] को CEAT का स्कूटी टायर खरीदा था जिसमें मुझको दुकानदार ने 3 साल की वारंटी दी थी अगर टायर कट जाता है फट जाता है या फूल जाता है तो हम आपको नया टायर चेंज करके देंगे मेरे टायर में एक कट पाया गया है तो मैं दुकानदार के पास वारंटी कार्ड लेकर गया जो भी दुकानदार ने मुझको दिया था मैंने उसे चेंज करने के लिए टायर को बोला लेकिन दुकानदार ने चेंज करने के लिए मना कर दिया कृपया ऐसे दुकानदार के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए और मुझे न्याय मिलना चाहिए मैं उसका वारंटी कार्ड यहां पर अटैच कर रहा हूं धन्यवाद Mobile No. [protected]

Tyre defect

Hello ceat company I had tires 2 months ago and in the second month I blasted tire car speed was 60kmph and car crash was 6:30 PM and my car was injured and my driver got hurt and after 5 years warranty I need to blast tires, how I blasted tires after I got 5 years warranty, I want enquiry dealer against.

My tyre of venue was torn while moving on the road and I want it to be replaced with a new tyre . The tyre size is 215/60 R16.

We changed all four tyres in Toyota Fortuner and the warranty was given for 100, 000 Kilometers. But after only 30000 kilometers all four tyres have gone bad. Dealer had given us the warranty but now he is not responding to me.
Please help us getting them changed.

(my claim no. is c[protected] i have received the message from your side that your claim has been approved, but here in Vadodara your dealer is making me fool around 1.5 month that your claim is still under process.
the dealer shop name is yogita tyer and his name is satish bagadi, his contact no. [protected], and also i have dought that he has raised another false claim including my real claim.
so kindly ask him to clear my claim within 24 hours, otherwise i will file a complaint against him including you in consumer court.

Hello Ceat,

It is very disheartening experience with CEAT and you have almost lost one customer.
When I received call from you today I have clearly told the guy that complaint has not been resolved rather I have seen lots of loopholes in CEAT policies.

When I purchased a tyre on 03/06/2021 from Pankaj Tyres Panipat a fault arose in 3-4 days.But by then, I had left Panipat and moved to Panchkula to my workplace.On contacting Surya Tyres Manimajra Chandigarh they told that there is no stock and they will revert to me as and when stock would be there.Purchase date was 03/06/2021 and fault arose on 07/06/2021 in the form of bump tyre(swallowed).
Again when I called Surya Tyres they told that there is no stock and they will revert.In the meanwhile I received a call from toll free number in July that why I am trying to approach CEAT.I told my grievance but to no avail.No action was taken.
Nobody at any point of time told me that please use Stepney instead as some VSD rule will apply on usage.
When I complained to CEAT in writing in August then Mr Rashmi Kumar from CEAT responded and asked to visit Deevan Motors in Manimajra on 21/08/21 to get the tyre replaced.
Deevan Motors told that since your tyre is DEFECTIVE. tyre has 6.5 VSD you would be charged Rs 900 for replacement.
Such a non-sense this is.It means CEAT charges you for DEFECTIVE item usage.Since after 2 months o[censored]nresponsive behaviour from CEAT and when I had to travel 150 km to my hometown same day, I was left with no other option but to get the tyre replaced and pay Rs 450 to Deevan Tyres.Amount was reduced on request to CEAT.I don't think if some mishappening happened to me in this period, CEAT would have tried to escae from any liability.
One more thing that hurt me alot is when 195*60*16 tyre if Rs 4800, why I was charges Rs 6000 by PANKAJ TYRES PANIPAT????
Your Regional Sales Head Chandigarh Mr Gulshan had told to pay Rs 450 on my behalf from his pocket for tyre replacement but would that guy pay when charges has to be waived.
This is clear cut case of shear harrasment of customer by CEAT.I would definitely approach other forum for my grievance redressal, else this would have been going on to so many customers.
I will also make sure that I will convey this incident to other people too.

I have Purchase a Ceat Company Passion pro back tyre on date of 24.06.2021 and and tube has Punchered and that mechanic is says to the Type of Inner Tube is too Worest and suugest to purchase a New Tube.

I have taken just two months back only.

Please check and repalce the same.

I have purchased front ceat tyre for my splendor bike but after 3-4 months i saw the air leaked from the side of the tyre. i gone to GURU nanak distributer haldwani the worker put some greece on the side of the tyre nd gave my bike to me that now it will not repeat again. but still i saw that within 20-25 days tyre was again leaked from the sides and also from walve i again visited the dealer he again put greece on that and also changed the...

I had placed an order for ceat tyre for my activa with order no.[protected] but it is very disappointing to see that whenever I try to track order in the ceat site it displays no order details found. When I tracked it in blue dart tracking id it shows shipment was cancelled form seller without informing me. They are not answering to customer care calls and not replying to mails.
They are not providing the nor refunding the amount.

I have attached the invoice and tracking results for your reference.

Dear ceat team,

I purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan on November 19th 2020.and the both the tyres are of ceat. I only drive 30 km and my bike rear tyer got punctured. After that i have 5 punctured on my rear tyre till date without doing any kind of offroading..My last punctured is on 14th july 2021just because of a small fish bone inserted into my tyre so i call royal Enfield roadside assistance team for help. They told me to contact a good tyre repair shop to my rear tyer they told Himalayan bike don't got punctured so offen.I went to a local tyre repair shop in my area and the told me that rear tyre my be som manufacturing defects or the tyre is very thin or of poor quality.

So plz take necessary and if possible replace the rear tyre.
