Dealer asking extra gst amount on replacement tyre

LPK 912 Vehicle reported in our workshop for customer complaint All tyre continues Puncher.
We have check customer complaint found true.
We have check tyre OE fitting.
We have check air pressure found front side 120 and rear side 160.
We have check wheel alignment record found none.
We have check all tyre found puncher and said cut.
Customer says tyre problem 8000 km and 150 hours start .
Customer says I replaced another company's tire but has not complained yet

I have hyundai new i 20. Igot punture in the tyre. I want to replace the tyre.

I bought 5 new tyres of ceat secura from Ashish tyres pratapur naka Ambikapur surguja Chhattisgarh my two tyres get bursted I didn’t got any replacement of two tyres owner of shop insisting me to buy more new tyres fed up with way of service pls do something I want my tyres through warranty or gurantee

Dear Sir i have Purchase a new Hyundai Grand i 10 NIOS in April month and after only 5000 km CEAT tire burst at only 15 km/hrs speed. And I have registered a complaint with complaint no 00373180 on 29.06.2021. But unfortunately no response from your side after a numbers of calls. I have also visited Hyundai agency they have inspected vehicle & tyre and give me a letter for tyre replacement.
so kindly resolve my issue on urgent basis.

I had launching a complaint against manufacturing fault, but still we are not get any reply from company

My name is Gopal ojha, My phone number is [protected]. I have a santro magna car. Which tyre cut problem occure during driving. I was claim in hundai service center bikaner, there person send me to MITTEL tyre Rani bazar bikaner rajasthan 334001. Shop holder take 1000Rs for tyre claim and send to me at factory of CEAT at Bichhwal bikaner, it is far from shop about 8KM.
In mittal factory One person bharat was said It is not under claim and go from here But kapil dev choudhary is good person. he checked status and said It is under claim and give new tyre within second. But mittle tyre shopholder person is behave as a robber and thief. Please take action against mittal tyre. Who is destroying the company name in bikaner

From when I have purchased New bike, Front tyre's air comes out.I have purchased this bike from Mosaram auto sales Lakhimpur kheri.I went 4 times to Moasram workshop at Lakhimpur but problem remained same and I did not get any positive response.

I bought ceat actives tyres on Jan month after few month in tyres i get 2 or 3 puncher back to back and did complaint to ceat customer number with complaint id is 00348622 on 2020,
One of manger sulman khan ji call me and just give me verbal address with only shop name, when I ask with full address Suleman ji said he is not from my area manager his from Andheri area, I use word I can not find address with just shop name, i got reply from Suleman Khan ji, sir your are staying so long in your city you must aware about shop where is available, he describe me shop address with big banner JKV he said will give you proper address and he take call back.
Then i received conformation call about my complaint problem is resolve or not, I did complaint about suleman Khan Ji about his behavior and said I did not get any update about shop, and angain suleman khan ji call me and give mobile number and address of Everest tyre service with mobile number, I call given number of mr Nawaz and i given tyre size and my vehicle model, they said sir tyre is not available due to lockdown we are not getting any supply from company we will update you when tyre is available but no update or call form nawaz side, now my tyer get more damage and i ask ceat team to check my old request they said request is already close due to no response from my hand ( i have miss call alert from my cellular company, but no message or call received from ceat company or suleman khan ji ).

For same complaint i got new request number is 00371708 now 3 days back 19 or 18-Jun i got call from suleman ji he said sir now we are not going to change tyre coz you have more than 3 puncture.

i required my tyre to be change with only normally charges coz i given this complaint on time to time but no resolution done from ceat team or his member. This is not my fault if tyre is not available.
Who will responsible if some happing with my life. due to ride from this type of tyre.

But the rear tyre damaged before 6 months .

so please replace it or solution for this.

Respected Sir,
I wish to draw your kind attention that your ceat dealer has not supported me to replace ceat tyre under unconditional warranty in timing period. I did not hope such behaviour. Thus it is proved that your service system is not proper way. I am fully unsatisfied.

Kindly note the details as under:

Reason: Observed side cut on side wall from where the air leakage happens.

Kindly send someone for checking and hence suggest a suitable solution / replacement.
