Ceat Tyres — No proof of Guarantee or Warranty

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have purchased 4nos. 185/65x14 Ceat tyres from M/s AUTOMECHANIKA, 78, SHAMBHUNATH PANDIT STREET, KOLKATA - 700020 ([protected]..Mr. Harvinder Singh ) on 09-03-17 for my AVEO CHEVROLET CAR. My queries regarding the purchase are as follows:

1. Though verbally conveyed that the said tyres which are make of 39/16 (2nos), 41/16 and 43/16. Kindly confirm that the makes are okay.
2. I have been given tax invoice no. 4399 amounting to Rs. 15, 686/- but in the said invoice there is no mention of any guarantee or warranty. Kindly confirm the guarantee period.

Sir,
I have purchased Mohindra Bolero on 29th March 2017 and it was having Ceat Tyres . Only after 10000 KM running one tyre brust takes place . Now he demands Rs. 2200.00 and not ready to give receipt . I have to pay for Tube in addition to this amount.
Kindly look into the matter

Dear Sir,
I, COL S P Saini purchased CEAT Tubeless Tyres 175/65R 15 CEAT TL for my Honda City from Zig Wheels Sector- 54, Golf Course Road, Beside OCUS Technopolis building, Gurgaon (HARYANA) vide Invoice No.1052 dated 14 Aug 2018.

2.Another tyre was purchased from M/S OM TYRES, B-1, Magal Kunj, New Sarak, Gajsinghpura, Ajmer Road Jaipur (RAJSTHAN) vide Invoice No.2834 dated 17/09/2018.

3.It was promised by both the dealers that DIGITAL WARRANTY will come from the Head Office of CEAT TYRES, it is brought to your notice that Warranty ID/Documents have not been received till date.
4.It is therefore requested to look into the matter and send me the requisite documents as asked for.
