[Resolved]  Celkon — Battery

Hello, I have requested for a Battery for for my A69 model at the Celkon Care center located in Akkayya Palem in visakhapatnam.. Despite of 2 months and 15 days time I was not called for the battery as was promised. When the second visit was made I was told will be called once the battery arrives.. However no call made. When the third visit was made today 11/11/2014 and was told the same thing and the service staff were even rude.. Also the battery cost was told as INR 550 and where in the battery cost in the Website shows as INR 117(Service charges and Local tax additional).. Do not really see why the variance is so very high.
