PAD was purchasd on 27.2.14 from poorvika Mobiles, Tambaram, chennai Model No :C 820 IMEI/MEID No.[protected], The Touch is not working, so i had given for service to one of your authorised Service center Siddu Communications, Kodambakkam, Chennai. on 08.01.2015.Till date there in information on this please.
