Celkon — Battery replacement

Sir/madam, I have purchased Celkon mobile model no#. A225 on April 2014 at Univercel Mobiles, Dharmapuri branch, Dharmpauri district, Tamilnadu. After a couple of months, my mobile phone battery serial no. SGW[protected] was getting poor and weak. I have told this to their company authorised service centre at my town and as well as to company through email. They had contacted me saying that you will get battery from your service centre. I went to the service centre and they are keep on postponing on various reasons. More than two months, they are cheating me that you will get battery by next week. After that week, again they say the same reason. I have contacted them many times over phone and emails. I got some much frustrated on service centre people and the Celkon company because of their poor quality battery. I submit this as a complaint to get a good and reasonable justice.
