Celkon Call center people are worst people I ever seen in my life. They are simply skipping the information and at the end they are telling that we are just mediators we can not say anything. Then whom we need to contact for the same ?????????????????????????? Please don't encourage Celkon in future.

I don't think so no one else in the world will take this much time. Its already been 1 and half month and still there is no resolution yet. Still they are asking for resolution. In such situation what can you do ? Or any suggestion can be really helpful.

I wanted to give a complaint and wanted to proceed legally. Please suggest if any best solution have in this regards.
