Celkon — Manufacturing defect in the mobile | |||
This is the 3rd time my celkon phone's display failed. I handed over the same in service centre at Guntakal in the month of October, 2016 i.e., more than 50 days back. But there is no proper response from the service centre even today. He simply says that the phone is sent to the and the company and it is not having the display and touch screens now. The mobile is not working properly. I am not satisfied with the service of this company. The support centre simply says sorry for the inconvenience. Please look into the matter immediately. I am having celkon millenium dazzle q44 mobile phone. i am facing problem battery replacement. i searched in all mobile phone market and its not available in market [coimbatore]. please provide information about where to get battery or list of equivalent battery models. 1500 mah 3.7v li-ion battery.
