I have purchased a new celkon diamond u model mobile for 5700 on 26/07/2017. From next 2 days the mobile has been started to switch off for every 1hour. Then i haven taken it to the service centre, they have done something and returned back saying that the problem has been solved its a software problem. I have taken it to the home and on the next day the mobile has switched off completely. I have taken it to same service centre again they have registered my complaint and told that it should be keep in observation for 2 days after that we can knew what the problem is, after two days i have spoke to them they answered that the mobile battery has to be replace and it will take 1week to 10 days. So, please do the needful.
