Celkon — No response of service center even after 2 months | |||
Dear sir, This is a Suryakant from Hyderabad, my mobile handset celkon A112 is having hanging problem and headset's jack is not working so I gave my handset to your Prime tech service center located in Abids on 16/01/2015.so after trying for 2 month, they told that this issue cannot be resolved, and they are not responding properly, area service manager was also not taking any action when brought to his notice. If this issue is not resolved as soon as possible then probably i would like to approach the consumer court. I would really appreciate if you can respond ASAP and do not let me go to consumer court and spoil the customer relationship with your company.
