DEAR SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED CELKON A200 MOBILE ON 05 JAN 2013 FROM CELL POINT, VISAKHAPATNAM (BILL NO. ACP-02511, IMEI NO. [protected]). HOWEVER, MY PHONE HAS GOT SOME PROBLEM IN RINGER FOR THAT I GONE TO AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE OF CELKON ON 22 OCT 2013 AT MM CELL CARE, VISAKHAPTANM (WORK ORDER NO. CM13A41614849, CONTACT NO. [protected]). FROM SERVI CE CENTRE THEY SEND THE MOBILE TO COMPANY WITHIN TWO DAYS AND ASSURED ME THAT THE MOBILE WILL REUTURNED WITHIN ONE MONTH AFTER RECTIFICATION. NOW, IT IS NEAR ABOUT TWO MONTHS, WHEN I AM CONTACTING THE MM CELL CARE THEY ARE GIVING EXCUSE THAT WE ARE SORRY, AS PHONE IS IN HEAD OFFICE (HYDRABAD) AND DIRECTED ME TO CALL HEAD OFFICE FOR FURTHER ENQUIREY (HEAD OFFICE NO. [protected]). NOW, WHENEVER I CALL TO HEAD OFFICE THEY ARE TELLING NEXT WEDNESDAY THEY WILL DISPATCH. I DONT KNOW WHICH WEDNESDAY THEY ARE SPEAKING ABOUT. PLS HELP ME AT THE EARLIEST AS I AM WORKING IN DEFENCE ORGANISATION AND I AM GOING TO TRANSFER TO SOME OTHER AREA WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD. Was this information helpful? | |||
