Celkon — Repairing taking more time

Sir/Madam, I have given my Celkon mobile (Model name Q42) Imei No. [protected] to service center in Vashi, since its On Off key and Hands free are not working. I have submitted my mobile on the date[protected]. Till now they are telling that part has not arrived and will take time. So kindly send the part as soon as possible and do needful.
